Arrive to sign your waiver (click waiver for the forms. Forms for the attending adult and for every child… please see there are separate ‘adult’ and child ‘forms’). Please complete to bring with you on your first day, or arrive in time to complete this ahead of attending any class/meeting or activity. This is an agreement and release form (e.g. code of conduct, medical info etc.) Please wear your name badge when on the premises, and it must be left at the reception desk when you leave, to be worn each and every visit. It is important for staff to know children’s names but no names will ever be used in association to any images displayed on HRC online sites.
